At Iconic Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your assembly experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your unopened puzzle within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your puzzle is in its original, shrink-wrapped packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
