How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What happens if my puzzle is missing a piece?

We offer a 'Missing Piece Guarantee.' If you find a piece is missing from your factory-sealed box, contact us within 30 days and we will send you a replacement puzzle free of charge.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed puzzles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on puzzles that have been opened.
